FSV-GTMS is the software division of Federated System Ventures Pte Ltd (Reg:202211984G; Singapore),  founded by David Jones (Founder) in 2022.  We provide GTMS (Guided Tour Management System), a SAAS solution that streamlines operations, accounting and bookings for guided experience operators. GTMS enables operators to scale profitably while protecting service quality and empowering their guides to succeed and enjoy their jobs. GTMS is a bookings-adjacent operations solution, that absorbs operational data from booking systems, to support the preparation, execution and accounting of guided experiences.

FSV strives to facilitate responsible inbound tourism, in which a fair share of the inbound revenue generated stays local, enabling an enjoyable lifestyle for tour operators, their guides and other stakeholders in the local community. GTMS is centered in tour operations, with guide interactions managed through the GzG App, and with integration into the DMC and booking systems to streamline information flow. We strive to help balance the benefits in a way that protects local communities and enables sustainable inbound tourism.
